Revolution was opened in the fall of 2000 by Jeremy and Karyn Conway. From the time Jeremy decided to open the shop till the first customer walked in the door was a little over 2 weeks! Jeremy and Karyn knew they were taking a huge risk but with a little money they had in savings they opened Revolution with 20 boards on the wall, a good selection of hardgoods but barely anything else. Revolution has weathered some difficult economic times over the past 10 years but come out stronger.

One of the first projects that Jeremy knew was crucial to the life of skateboarding in Brockville was getting the city to agree to building a skatepark. So Jeremy and the staff of Revolution worked for over 5 years with the city of Brockville to get a skatepark. After many hours of discussion, planning and fundraising with a great team of city officials, parents and the Chief of Police, Brockville built a great skatepark that has a great community of skaters frequenting it.

Today Revolution strives to carry the best brands in skateboarding while offering great customer service. Our staff are skaters who know their stuff but aren’t unapproachable. People are always welcome to drop in, watch the newest skate videos and just chill. We love helping first timers pick out their skateboards as we remember ourselves the amazing feeling of picking out our first boards. Stop by anytime and become a part of the REVolution (most locals call the shop "REV").
