How to Order Online with the New Centre Distribution Website

Please contact your Centre Distribution Rep for assistance - Centre West (604) 990-5562 or Centre East (905) 619-0017.

1.) To access the online ordering system you will need to do the following:

Go to: Dealer Log-In Enter your Centre Customer #: (Existing Customer #, as it appears on all Centre invoices)
Enter your Temporary Password: (Store Name, lower-case, no spaces)

2.) For your added security, you can change your password to any password of your choice by contacting your Centre Rep.

3.) After you have successfully logged onto the Online Ordering Page you can begin to place your order by selecting the appropriate Brand from either the In-Stock or Pre-Book Drop-Down Menus.

4.) Available inventory will appear as a white box if there are over 5 items in stock, as a grey box if less than 5 items remain or as an X if there is no available stock. (The site provides real time inventory listings, however all orders are subject to availability).

5.) Product Images & Brand Assets are available for many of the items we carry. Look for the camera icon next to inventory items & PDF catalogues within each Brand.

6.) Placing your order:

- Use the TAB key to move quickly through the inventory list;
- Enter quantities desired;
- Once you are satisfied with your order, hit the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the page;
- If items are not available in the quantities requested, a prompt will tell you our current availability & suggest changes for you;
- If all items are in-stock, you will see the screen Your Order, with your order item numbers and quantities.
- You can change your order at this time by deleting the quantity & hitting UPDATE, or by changing quantity & hitting UPDATE;
- If ordering from multiple brands in the same order, hit the Continue Browsing link, you will be returned to the Online Ordering page where you can select the next Brand you wish to order;
- Note: Your current Order Information will follow you through the order process (Shop Name, Total Pieces, Order Total). It appears in the upper right-hand corner of the screen;
- Once you have completed adding items to your Cart & have reviewed your Order, you can first select Print Order to print a copy for your records &/or Send Order (to place the order immediately) or you can choose Save Order (in the upper right-hand corner) to place at a later time.
- Please remember to save uncompleted order before exiting the website or your order information will be lost!

*You will receive an invoice with your completed order. If you require a faxed/emailed invoice, please contact your Centre Distribution Representative.

7.) You can always print inventory sheets directly from the appropriate Brand section, (for phone or fax orders – remember to use the Landscape setting when printing for best results);
